A down on her luck woman, desperate to provide care for her daughter, moves in with her father in-law from whom she is estranged. Through time, they learn to forgive each other and heal old wounds.
This is worth watching. Great story! Redford, Freeman, and the girl Becca Gardner were outstanding. One of the best performances of Robert Redford ever! He's perfomance here should have been noticed. I think he is one of the underrated actors. Too bad.. He is and will forever be the greatest actor of all time,along with Morgan Freeman. I love them both! I'm going to watch this again and again and again..
